Reward and punishment are two things upon which any government runs.but this maxim is not put to practice by any nation ,except that,of Lilliput.prove the statement with examples from text.

in Lilliput, there is a balance between punishment and reward. If a citizen can prove that they have not comitted a crime for 6 month's, they receive a special title called a snilpall and a cash reward from the Emperor.
