how was gulliver treated by the lilliputians?

First they tied his hair. second when he was hungry they gave him a loaf of bread and meat.

You are right, they do all these things to him. Gulliver also becomes a sort of circus freak for the Emperor. He does tricks and amuses the monarchy. Finally the Emperor decides to use Gulliver as an ultimate weapon against their enemy. I'm going to give you a GradeSaver link where it is all there in detail,
