Gulliver also becomes a source of interest and entertainment for the Emperor. He does tricks and amuses the monarchy. Finally the Emperor decides to use Gulliver as an ultimate weapon against their enemy. Gulliver is often tempted to crush or enforce his own will upon the Lilliputians but had promised to be an observer of culture instead of disrupting it.
