Why does Gulliver fall asleep after they feed him?
Gulliver quickly falls asleep after eating because of the sleeping draught the Lilliputians snuck into his drink.
All this I was told; for, while the operation was performing, I lay in a profound sleep, by the force of that soporiferous medicine infused into my liquor.
