Brief character sketch of Thomas Wilcox the captain of the ship

Thomas Wilcox is really a minor character in the story. He seems like a good captain. He does not believe Gulliver at first but then decides Gulliver is telling the truth. He is enthralled by Gulliver's stories and encourages Gulliver to write down and publish his stories.
