10. What plans do Pip and Herbert make to get Magwitch out of the country?

A. They will rent a carriage and drive him to Miss Havisham's house. At

night they will take him to a ship docked near the marshes.

B. They will disguise him as Pip's uncle. Pip will make plans for a trip to

France, and Magwitch will accompany him.

C. They will buy a boat and row up and down the river daily to dispel

suspicion. When it is safe, they will include Magwitch on their boat and

row him to a ship.

D. They will pretend he has died, and put him in a coffin. They will take

the coffin onto a ship to be buried at sea. Once on the ship, they will

release Magwitch and throw the empty coffin overboard.
