what does estella say to miss.havisham to make her sink to the floor and cry

Miss Havisham asks Estella to be nice and show her love for her for all she's done for her etc. and Estella tells Miss Havisham that she (Miss Havisham) has made her (Estella) in her (Miss Havisham's) image; thus she can't love. Estella says that she has been trained not to love, but to break mens hearts. This revelation brings about remorse in Miss Havisham for the first time in the novel. She fianally sees not only what she has done to Estella, but also what she has done to Pip. This is where Miss Havisham becomes a round character.
