Basically he pleads that Joe and Biddy forgive his wrong doings and basically stuck up attitude. He is surprised and a little sad to see them married. He kind of wanted Biddy. He wishes them a happy contented life free of the greed and illusions that he fell prey to. This speech really shows Pip has changed. He is more than a gentleman, he has become a decent human being.
