In the second ending, why has Estella returned to the grounds of Satis House?

I'm pretty sure it is because it is the only thing she has left in the world, but if there is anything else please tell me.

In the second ending, Estella has returned to her home because it it being rebuilt upon. She is relinquishing ownership and selling the land. The original house is gone.
