What conclusion can the reader draw about Miss Havisham from her "malignant enjoyment" in telling Pip that Estella has gone abroad and asking him whether he feels he has lost her?

Mrs H has her own issues of abandonment and lost love. She projects all her anger and anxiety on to other people like Pip. Seeing pain in Pip makes Mrs. H think she feels better about her own pain and disillusionment. In reality, it only intensifies her negative and self-destructive emotions.
