Well, from what I've read, any deal with the devil does not turn out well....for the person. Faust initially sells his soul for eternal knowledge. He ends up on a fun filled package tour full of various worldly pleasures. Now in Goeth's version, Faust is saved by God's grace and pleadings from a young girl Faust destroyed (Gretchen). In older versions, Faust is carted streight to hell. In any case, I have heard, deals with any sort of devil are not advisable. God might be busy or just not like you and then you are really in trouble!
