Will I get unemployment benefits

recently quit my job, because my employer cut my job hour very significantly. I was a full time worker, who did over time,. And my employer did not respond to the claim, when asked why I told workforce that my employer did not respond or till me why he cut my hours. Am I eligible for unemployment.
