How does the construction of the second creature differ from the creation of the first?

Victor looked at his creation of the first monster with great anticipation, he was entralled by his work and tirelessly pursued its completion. The second creature was totally different;

"...as I proceeded in my labour, it became every day more horrible and irksome to me."
