How did the relocation of the cottagers change him? In what ways is he filled with mixed emotions?

The Creature feels as if he's been abandoned once more. He didn't know the De Laceys personally, but he knew them.... they were his teachers.... his protectors. His emotions are torn because he is filled with grief and anger all at the same time.
