I've never really looked for the "feminism" in this novel, but I have read a number of different articles concerning this topic. If you need textual evidence on this subject, I'd start with Victor's mother. Catherine is described as the quintessential wife; she ‘attended him (her husband) with the greatest tenderness.’ She also supported the family doing odd jobs for little money.

Women (servants) are also depicted in traditional roles.

‘The girl was.....busied, sometimes in the house, and sometimes in the yard’
