ch 10. Why has the creature caused the deaths of William and Justine? is he as inherently evil and bloodthirsty as Victor has assumed?

The creature is tortured. Victor, his creator, will have nothing to do with him and has forsaken him completely. Victor refuses to even make a mate for the creature. THe murders are for revenge against Victor. No, the creature is not evil. He is lonely and desperate. This is his way of punishing his creator for his sins.
