Dunstan saw himself as a dedicated teacher, who put all of himself into his work. He doesn't necessarily have a passion for his work, but the work does allow him to pursue his travels and studies in Europe. As a lover he is uninvolved, and lacks the desire to achieve a satisfying relationship.
