How different has Troy's life become and how does Wilson show this?

Troy has found something to live for in the baby. He has no guilt, but he does seem to have remorse. We find him to be a better person; we find he's not completely heartless; we also find him to be powerless. For the first time we see him accept that there are times when he has to shelve his pride and ask rather than demand.
