  1. What are GradeSaver advertisements?

    GradeSaver advertisements are the best way for businesses to advertise to our large audience of high school students, college students, and educators.

    With GradeSaver advertisements, you can create your own text or picture advertisement within minutes.

    Pictures should conform to a width of 160 and a height of 600.

  2. How much do advertisements cost?

    It only costs $2 to display your advertisement 1,000 times!

  3. Does it cost more to post an advertisement with a picture or photo?

    No, advertisements with pictures or photos are the same price as text-only flyers.

  4. Where will my advertisement be displayed?

    Your advertisement will be displayed on the right side of GradeSaver content pages. You determine how many times your advertisement will be displayed.

  6. What does an advertisement include?

    Each advertisement can be created in several ways.

    1. You can use a full 160x600 (wxh) image as your advertisement. This conforms to a standard wide skyscraper.

    2. You can use create a text-only advertisement with a link, a headline, and body text.

    3. You can use a combination of a smaller size picture (such as your corporate logo) and text.

  7. What are your standards for advertising content?

    We filter advertisements for explicit language, and we also reserve the right to remove any flyer if it is, in our judgment, threatening, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate for any other reason. Any photo you upload to your advertisement is subject to this criteria as well. Complaints from the GradeSaver community will be taken very seriously.

  8. What kinds of pictures/photos can I upload?

    You can upload any picture or photo that is .gif, .jpg, or .png and less than 5 MB in size. However, you may not upload offensive, pornographic, or copyrighted materials. We take content complaints very seriously and if your advertisement is reported we reserve the right to take it down without a refund.

  9. My picture/photo isn't uploading. What should I do?

    Here's a few things you should try:

    1. Take a break and try again in a few minutes. It is possible that you tried to upload at time when your connection to the site was a little slow.
    2. Check to make sure that you are uploading a supported file type. Your photo has to be a .gif, .jpg, or .png file.
    3. Check the file size. The maximum size for GradeSaver advertisements is 5 MB.

  10. Will my link display in my advertisement?

    If you enter a link for your advertisement, it will link to that website. However, this url will not actually be displayed on the advertisement.

    If you would like to display this link, just include it in the advertisement text body.

  11. Why do I need to specify a number of days for my campaign?

    In order to process your campaign, we need to know the number of advertisements per day and the number of days of your campaign.

  12. How will my advertisements be distributed during my campaign?

    Your advertisements will be distributed evenly throughout your campaign. We display your daily total over the course of 24 hours instead of posting your advertisements all at once.

  13. Can I post different advertisements at the same time?

    Yes, but you must purchase each advertisement separately.

  14. Why can I only select a certain number of daily impressions?

    GradeSaver limits the number of advertisements based on our daily traffic patterns. In each case we will display your advertisement as many times as we possibly can.

  15. How can I maximize the exposure of my campaign?

    To maximize the frequency and reach of your campaign, buy the maximum number of advertisements per day for as many days as you need.

  16. Why don't I see my advertisements displaying anymore?

    If you've purchased an advertisement to display now, you can check on its status by going to My Account. You may not be seeing it on other GradeSaver pages, but don't worry, it's still displaying for other people. We want to distribute your advertisement to lots of people, not just you.

  17. Can I change my advertisement once I've purchased it?

    No. Make sure that it's correct on the confirmation page before you purchase it.

  18. What is your refund policy?

    Our policy is that we do not give refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, if we took down your advertisement because it was offensive, if we took down your advertisement because you asked us to, or if the site was down for some or all of the time that your advertisement was supposed to run.

  19. How do I know that my advertisement is currently displaying?

    When you purchase your advertisement, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed.

    During your campaign, you can track the status of your advertisements by going to My Account.

    At the end of your advertising campaign, you will receive another email confirming that it has been successfully completed.

  20. How do I know that my advertising campaign has successfully completed?

    Once your advertisement has been displayed the total number of times that you have purchased, you will receive an email confirming that your campaign has successfully completed.

    In rare cases, we may need a little extra time to display your advertisement after the end date. But don't worry, we'll always display it the number of times you paid for; it just might take us a few more days.
