What do you think of “voluntary deportation”? Is this peaceful or violent way to handle the situation with the strikers?

I know, I'm asking you many questions (and there's more that will come), but it is because a need to handle this work at Monday. So I need to finish this from today to tomorrow... so... I NEED YOUR HELP.
