Enrique's relationship with Maria Isabel

Maria Isabel is Enrique’s girlfriend in Honduras. When he leaves to find his mother, she is pregnant with their daughter Jasmin. Because of her love for their daughter, Maria Isabel doesn't want to leave Honduras to join Enrique in the United States. Eventually, she joins him, and they are later able to save the money to have a smuggler bring their daughter to the states as well.
