When the boys surround Ender in the shower, Ender realizes than it is Bonzo who wants to kill him. Ender convinces Bonzo to fight one on one. Ender head butts Bonzo and he falls. Ender kicks Bonzo to finish him off but Bonzo just lies motionless. This is a not so subtle hint that Bonzo is dead. Check out chapter 12.
