Do any characters speak in both prose and blank verse? If so, when is each form is used? Why?

could anyone answer this?

Consider Act 4 sc 1 when the Emperor appeears. Faust speaks in prose suggesting that he is of a lower class to the emperor.

yes, but other than Faustus does any other character speak both prose and blanck verse?
