Don Quixote considers one of the main hindrances to his successfully carrying out many of his deeds of valor to be the evil work of whom?

I am not sure if it is Sancho Panza or Avellaneda.Because the question is a bit tricky.

Quixote mentored Sancho Panza............ I'm going to say Avallaneda because the two had a sort of conflict going on as competitive authors.
