Who is Deckard's wife? What does their relationship seem like in chapter one? How does this differ from the movie version?

Deckard's wife is Iran. They seem to have a rather toxic relationship in the beginning. They argue and she accuses Deckard of changing her electricity shock alarm clock. She also calls him a murderer because of his police job. In "Blade Runner" the movie, Deckard doesn't have a wife.
