Why does Pris tell Isidore that she and her friends are schizophrenics suffering from a shared delusion?
It is possible that Pris saw how upset J.R. became at the idea of a bounty hunter (which undermines his trusting, empathetic worldview), and wanted to make him feel more secure. She may have wanted to try to cover for her friends: to prevent J.R. from figuring out that they are androids (she may worry he'd turn them in for the reward money). Or she may just have been messing wth his head, trying to see if he'd believe her elaborate stories.
