What did Tori Wu think when she found out that Tris's results were inconclusive (or Divergent in other words)?

Tori remembered her brother was divergent and she knew he died as a result of this. She did her best to get Tris out of the testing room and said her results were Abnegation. She told Tris to tell her famly that the serum made her sick, and she had to go home.
