How good is Willy at negotiating his salary with Howard?

Willy isn't at all good at negotiating his salary. The fact is, Howard has no patience for him whatsoever; Howard isn't his father, and he isn't going to make good on promises his father made to an outdated way of business. Willy, unable to control himself of his emotions ends up getting himself fired.
