Willie is going to ask Howard for his area that he used to to work when he was a much younger salesman and able to sell.

He wants to ask Howard if he can have an office job. He does not want to travel any more. Howard is phasing Willie out. Willie feels like Howard owes him loyalty based on his past relationship with Howard's father.
