Do you think Mr. Keating is a bad influence? Why or why not?

I think the main theme of the movie involves Mr. Keating's influence in expanding the minds of these boys. He gives them the courage to take chances and think outside of the box. Mr. Keating was an excellent influence on the boys. The school just needed him as a scapegoat to blame for Niel's suicide.
