What was Todd Anderson like in the begining of the movie? How does he change and what causes him to change? What happened to him, and what was he like after his inncident?

Todd is very introverted at the beginning of the movie. He feels he has nothing worthwhile to say. Mr. Keating inspires Todd to express himself and let out his "barbaric Yawp." Todd gathers greater self-esteem to make his voice heard. By the end of the movie, Todd is the first boy to defy the school and assert his appreciation for Mr. Keating.
