What do the first two lines of the book tell the reader about the aurthor's opinion of Africa ?

"There is a lovely road that runs from Ixopo into the hills. These hills are grass covered and rolling, and they are lovely beyond any singing of it."

These are the first two lines of the story. From these two lines we can see that the author's obvious opinion is that the land is beyond beautiful...... it's incompareable.
