In part 3 Chapter 6, how does Svidrigailov know to call Raskolnikov a murderer? At this point, he has not heard the confession.

It actually begins in Chapter 5 when the patrons of the pawnbroker are questioned about the night of the murder. Certain questions were answered incorrectly that led to Svidrigailov's belief in Raskolnikov's guilt.
