    Objective:

    Students will use technology to compare an adaptation of the novel with the original text.

    Common Core Standards:

    CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RL.9-10.9, CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.9-10.5

    Structure:

    Divide the class into groups of about three-to-five students. Several adaptations of Connecticut Yankee have been made since the novel's publication, and the first portion of this assignment has each group picking one of those adaptations and watching it.
