Christiaan Stange's Dostoevsky Research Station Claims to be the very first Dostoevsky website, and is certainly probably the most informative for the English-speaker. Among other things, boasts: chronology, bibliography of author's works, bibliography of criticism, art, quotations, bookshop, and 200 relevant links.
Existentialism and Fyodor Dostoyevsky by Katharena Eiermann: Offers biography/chronology and a number of links to both Dostoevsky-related sites and non-Dostoevskian ones. The page is, in fact, mostly a list of links, and not overly informative.
