why did charlotte and templeton decide to go to the fair in charlottes web

well charlotte first didn't want to go but she changed her mind and ask templeton to go the helped wilbur the pig

Once Charlotte finally decides that she will be able to go to the fair, she declares that Templeton will go with her. At first, he refuses, but after the sheep explain that he'll get all of the leftovers(yummy), he happily agrees.
