Will This Be a Happily Ever After for Mike and Tina?

At the end of the novel, Mike shows up at Tina's house, all dressed up nice, and holding a bouquet of flowers. Judging by this stigma, does the ending predict that Mike will marry Tina?

The ending predicts a happy future and new start. We are, however, left to wonder if it will be a "Happily ever after".
