Why does the state condition the masses to dislike the country?

Really they want their population to be as superficial and vapid as possible. By keeping people simple minded with no meaningful feelings, including to the state, they are able to keep control over them.

Oh, do you mean like tees as in countryside?

If you meant country, they want people not to develop real feelings for nature. They need people producing in the factories. Experiences in the natural world does not promote materialism unless they are using something to do with it and buying again,
