What is the tone of Brave New World?

What is Huxley's tone/attitude toward the respective society he created? Please include examples how this is expressed. Thank you!

Examples-

John Savage is the most civilized character, anything but a "savage".

The Director of Hatcheries, scientifically manufactured babies is a "natural" father.

Utopia can only exist with the use of drugs (soma).
