If the world state is a world where happiness is a primary value,then what would a world look like where truth(or some other value) reigned? What do you think are reigning values in today's society?

The "happiness" in BNW comes at the expense of meaning or depth of feeling. They operate on disposable pleasures that have no link with suffering or pain. A world with another value would probably be skewed with a different set of problems. There would still be no balance and that in itself is the problems. Humans operate on a wide variety of emotions. The pleasure and the pain, the sacred and profane are what makes up our psyche. Disturbingly todays society mirrors many of the points in BNW.
