Brave New World

How would Huxley's novel relate to marketing stragegies used to help individuals with disabilities obtain employment

Vocational placement agencies work with persons with disabilities in finding employment. They "market" these people (for example persons with developmental disabilities) to employers. How do these marketing strategies compare and contrast with Brave New World.

This is honestly a question that I have never encountered. Brave New World is all about superficiality. I don't believe people with disabilities existed. People were manufactured in the lab to fulfill specific purposes in society. Unfortunately people with disabilities didn't factor into Alpha, Beta', Gamma, Delta, Epsilon. So, it's pretty difficult to define your question.
