One believes things because one has been conditioned to believe them.

In my opinion this statement is accurate more than one might think. We are conditioned at every turn. Our parents condition us, as do our teachers. Media conditions us, whether its by using edited clips, advertising, or biased reporting. Commercials condition our views of beauty, just like the print ads we see in magazines. And these are only a few of the ways we are conditioned.... think about it..... how many more ways can you think of?
