Brave New World

Does Huxley want the reader to read the different scenes in Chapter 3 as a separate pieces? Why is the conversation between Lenina and Fanny and Henry and Bernard juxtaposed with Mustapha Mond's description of the world state?

I wouldn't say the author meant for us to see the different interactions as separate pieces, but rather as a whole. Each bit of dialogue..... each conversation and inuendo, helps us as readers to undertand the whole.
