Describe the Cyprus experiment.

The Cyprus experiment involved the creation of a society made up only of Alphas. The society self-destructed because no one was willing to perform the tasks generally taken care of by the Epsilons and Deltas. After the advent of a civil war, the Alphas requested the World Controllers leadership.
