Bernard feels a strange fascination with the most everything about the reservation. He finds the nursing of mothers, the ritual dancing, and the worshipping strangely liberating. Since there is no live birth in the outside society, Lenina finds the scene of a woman nursing a child to be disgusting. She finds everything that Bernard is fascinated with, rather "queer" and revolting. This takes place in chapter 7 and there is a lot of back and fourth between Lenina and Bernard so I'm not sure what you mean by your second query.
