How does the death of Narciso effect Antonio?

After hearing Narciso's confession and witnessing his death, Antonio is overcome by fever. In the throes of illness, Antonio goes onto to have a dream in which God tells him the only way Andrew can be forgiven is if Antonio can forgive Tenorio as well. His brothers then appear in his dream and transform into the Trementina sisters....... who curse Antonio. Antonio is bedridden for several days. He is suffering from pneumonia.
