What is the difference between neutralising raga and dvesha and removing raga and dvesha? is it necessary or possible to remove raga and dvesha?

Neutralisation of raga and dvesha is transforming of binding desire into unbinding desire.

dear friend,in neutralisation both raga n dvesha remains active while removal of both is't possible.according to gitait is possible for a person to keep him neutral towards both.it is must for aperson running on spritual path because these two are obstical ofthe said path i.e.gita...34/03.in gita both are implied w.r.t. respective fields of sense-organs.
