What is the emphasis of Section 31? How does it reflect an important element of Anglo saxon tradition?

I'm not sure if we have the same sections. Mine talks about the Dragon burning people's homes including Beowulf's. Much of this involves the tradition of the hero facing off against the antagonist on his own. It goes on to mention Beowulf's past heroics in battle.
