The question got cut off but I assume it will say "such a monster" at the end. The question is asking you to imagine other details of such a creature's existence. He probably eats a lot of raw fish, he can probably breathe underwater (or doesn't have to have oxygen at all?), he is probably scaley from the water, he probably can see better in the dark (hence when he attacks the hall), he probably doesn't often hear the sound of his own voice because it doesn't carry well under water. These are just some initial thoughts. Have fun imagining what it would be like!
