describe beawulf before he is dead

Beowulf knows he is dying after the dragon rips him up. He explains to Wiglaf that he would have wanted to bestow his armor on his son, but he doesn't have a son. Beowulf’s last words extol his own bravery and reputation. He has been king of Geats for fifty years and neighboring Kings have been afraid to challenge him. He asks Wiglaf to fetch some treasure to look at. Beowulf takes of his golden collar and hands it to Wiglaf pronouncing him, "the last of the Waegmundings."
